PC Help !
We have 2 laptops and we have not used the old one for a long time, I went to use it tonight BUT I can't remember login or Pass word for it


Can anyone help me with this

I dont know what your PC knowledge is but take a look at this site

Look at the boot disk info.
basically you create a boot disk what has the ability to reset the password. However you will lose any files if they where encrypted on a EFS filesystem.

The sign on as user log in on start up

I need to load a program on it but I can't remember the Admin login and password.

I set up admin so as to stop the boy going on internet but he is older now so don't need to block him anymore.
