Discussion - How about an Autobarn section in the UK

Stuck in a traffic jam today and the thought occurred to me of making a long section of Motorway in the UK - UNLIMITED SPEED

Lets not get bogged down with logistics and suppose that a 30+ mile stretch of motorway existed with minimal entrances, 3/4 lanes and a good surface (asking wayyy to much already, I know).

I just wonder how UK drivers / Riders would actually use it?

Would there be more / less accidents than average?

Would speed related incidents be less in the surrounding area as users would have UK Autobarn available.

Too much caffine again I guess?
