I don't run them on a 750, but Diablos seem to be the flavour of the month at the moment. Seem to perform well on all the Ducati models. I love 'em on my 748.
Wear rate is good, very stable and predictable and more than capable when the going gets "brisk".
the 020's are a pretty good tyre, if a little "touring" biased, and as you've plenty of life in them, try dropping the pressures a little. I run mine at 3-5 psi below the suggested levels for the road.
If you find you're not getting enough heat in them, try raising them a little.
