Citroen Xsara Picasso, 2.0 HDI SX, 2002. Recent cambelt and service.
It's cheap because it has 165,000 which in all honesty isn't ridiculous for these.
It starts and runs lovely. Has never let me down (although did leave me stranded around Xmas when -14 deg and the rad froze). However this was fixed with new coolant of a higher ratio and i've done 4500miles since with no issues etc.
There's no smoke, no issues with the engine.
Cambelt was done in Dec along with a full service.
I've got plenty of receipts over the last 3 years and i think a fair ammount of stamps etc before that from previously to me buying from a local dealership. Also things like previous MOT's etc.
It has electric windows, CD player and is HUGE on the inside. It's a great familly motor and returned 47.1mpg for the previous 10,000 miles and 46.3 for the last 4500 miles.
Handling is a bit spongey in the wet but mostly i think that's down to my incompetent driving skills LOL.
It has new pads and discs all round in Julyish last year (i've got the invoice etc)
The car is cleanish inside, but some marks from mountain bikes, looks nice enough though. No damage etc i'm aware of inside.
Couple of carpark dinks on the exterior but it cleans up nicely. If i were being picky i'd want a new set of wheel trims to make it just a bit nicer.
Taxed till end May, MOT till Sept (ish).
It does exactly what it says on the tin.
£1000.
Will take a couple of pics tomorrow when daylight. it's in a powdery blue colour though. I'll even throw in a set of roof-bars for asking price.
