Brands - a Noob's view
No blow-by-blow report from me, I just wanted to say what a brilliant weekend I had, and what a brilliant introduction to racing! Close but fair, competitive but friendly, organised but relaxed ... exactly what I was looking for. To top it all, the weather was better than we had a right to expect for mid-March!

The racing itself was great fun and I had some good dices. The bike went well all weekend and needed very little attention (thanks Neil!). I can't complain at getting 6th, 7th and 8th in my first ever meeting considering all 3 of my starts were absolute pants (Note to self: must try harder off the line). I've a lot to learn, but at least I've taken the first step.

Big thanks for the welcome I have been given, especially to Skidlids and Trudi

Nice to meet and race with some of you last weekend - and I hope to meet more of you at Snetterton. Bring it on!

Glad you enjoyed it Simon, you've summed up exactly what DD is all about.
And as you say the conditions were a bonus, now Snetterton seems along way off and most of us can't wait
