Major problem with 748R
Did my sixth track day for the summer today and everything was just great hunting down those gixxers and R1.

After a while I imagined, or so I thought, that the valves were noisier than before, and then at the next session I was going down the straight at about 180-200 km/h when the engine did a "Oh I just broke down and am about to spit out parts"-sound. Then I quickly pulled the cluth and turned the engine off.

Later I started the engine again and it sounded as if it only runs on one cylinder, so I quickly turned it off again.

So, the cam belts are OK and there are no oil leakage.

Btw, it's a 2002 748R with about 4500 km on the clock.

Any ideas, things to check for?
