CLARKSON ON BIKES IN THE SUN!!
Just for once hes not having a go, to sumarise he is moaning that setting up an aircraft to moniter bikes speeding on the cat and fiddle run is a waste and suggests letting us enjoy our riding in the country away from schools etc.
surely hes not going soft in his dotage
