To get the most advantage of the cut you have to have a whopping mortgage. Put another way, I'm marginally less poor than I was an hour ago.:P

Im sure that the building societies have already decided to reduce their existing customers motgage rates in about two months time, by which time with any luck BOE will have already started thinking about cutting another 1/4% . It needs to come down stacks more so I can reduce my collection of credit card debt and start investing in Carbon fibre and termis

But then the pound drops against £ , €, Tawian Dollar so the parts you want cost more, carbon and titanium tradings a tricky market

You need a decent mortgage - mine dropped at midnight last night to reflect the new rate change

dont you hate that ! that is some smug whatsit already cashing in on the bank of englands generosity. Im off to find a new mortgage lets hope its as easy as getting my bike insured at Ducati Insurance - do they do mortgages
