 What should charging current be?
Think the beast has fired another battery!
Ran Mallory (wot a sh*t 'ole) today and battery was fit for nowt even though it's been on charge all weekend (Optimate type). On circuit the dash was telling me the battery voltage was 17 - 18 volts. That's obviously the charging voltage and it seems more than a little too high to me. Looks like the voltage regulator has gone!
Will this f*****g thing ever run without giving me problems? Maybe I should just by a bloody Suzuki and save myself all this grief and expense? |
