Fat? Who you calling fat?

Sooooo, following all my Assen photo's being ruined by a fat bloke (that'll be me) I've been on a diet for 1 week.

Not a special diet, just eating normal portions of food, and guess what...

I've lost NINE POUNDS in a week!!!!

Not even excercising yet, that's just through eating less - and I feel fine. I'm not starving myself.

Should be down to 7 stone in no time

I lost 2lbs since Saturday morning.

Basically, here's the deal (and bare in mind I don't work/exercise currently)...

I have a small bowl of cereal for brekkie (with full fat milk)

4 pieces of brown toast & a banana for lunch - (2 slices with butter and 2 slices with no butter, but with half a banana on each slice)

Then a normal dinner for erm, dinner! (not a mountain like I used to)

No Chocolate or Coke anymore. I don't drink alchohol anyway either.

I've cut my sugar intake in tea from 2 teaspoons, to 1.

That's it.

Nothing amazing, just not over-eating.

I reckon that's about 1000-1200 cals a day. Would probably have to eat more if I was actually moving more than my fingers over a keyboard.

I was 12 stone 10lbs on Monday morning last week, on Saturday I was down to 12st 3.5lbs, and today I'm 12st 1lb.

I was a bit worried today as my mum had overdone my evening meals a bit over the w/e - and I like food
