Will spend money on paintwork, but not electrics :P
I'm the other way round after it let me down last year - I've stripped all the wiring off and am checking everything as it goes back on.
Every single thing I look at on this f!"£$%^ bike I find a problem.

Engine kill switch, easy to see it`s big & red.
A good reason for using it is that you do not try for ages to start the bike with the kill switch in the OFF position.

Chris.

I heard that you can get these things called ignition barrels, and they even come with a key shaped key.

...I'll get my coat!

use the std kill switch but reverse the wiring into it, that is how all 3 of our bikes are rigged and they have been reliable.

Thanks mate - I was wondering if anyone was doing that - it certainly loses a few more connectors (and at least an ounce !)
