Welcome Slide, you've picked a pretty good club to have a look at. Newbies generally get a round in at the virtual bar so I'll have a double tequila and red bull thanks champ, I'm feeling kinda saucy What are you riding?

I'm in Twickenham and another 3 members are as well (Jason Boswell, Ned and Phillc). There's also TopiToo (Steve) in Hounslow.

My bike's not quite back in road trim yet, and I haven't fitted the new clutch cover and brake lever either. Should do by this weekend though, I need to ride it to work.

Cheers,

TP

Hey Slide. Theres a few of us in Twickenham/Teddington as TP says. Welcome to the fold, buddy.

Were closest to the Surrey rideout group that meets at Box Hill on the 4th sunday of the month, but TopiToo does the Oxon meets too. Hey, maybe were enough now to be our own 'region' .. LOL

You know, I don't think I ever see you other boys out and about in the local area.

Usually I see quite often a red monster, a black monster, a yellow 900ss (old style) and a red 900ss ie (new style). Sometimes a see a black 749/999 blasting up or down the A316 around about Richmond Circus.

Anyway, wave me down if you see me! Red 750ss ie usually with a Ventura rack on the back.

I normally ride to work - from London Road out the A316 to Sunbury or towards the M25.

Don't ride it much on the weekends because I'm in the car with the kids and the wife. Except when I'm doing rideouts or whatever. Also, I've been off the road for 2 months while I had some screws put in my shoulder.

I've seen the red monster and the black monster kicking around but I haven't seen the others.

Hey folks, that's not a bad set of replies - thanks. Having trouble logging on, usually doesn't work so pls bear with me.
I have a 996 (had a 900ss until recently but was stolen from a car park in Teddington in broad daylight). I miss that bike - but enjoying the different experience of the 996. I ride to Sunbury and back quite often in the week so I might see one or two of you.
Will try to get to Surrey as soon as I can on one of those 4th Sundays (Newlands corner?). Like tp, it's sometimes hard for me to get away for the Sundays - family and all that.
I think we should arrange a trip out for us local guys too. Anyone interested in an early evening run, say next Wednesday to see what we all look like?!
