Hmmm Donington Testing!

Seems Donington don't do bike test days as such unless i can't find anything relevent.
They do their own ''trackattack'' days instead. The one available is Friday 12th August.
It's £135.00 and 15 min sessions with 98 db limit but it also says race cans are not allowed
Surely it's gonna be full of race bikes seeing as New Era are there the next day ?
Anyway - anyone else going ?

(Dear Bank Manager - Yes of course it's essential)

Thought it would save me going up twice TP - I may need a rethink here but i'll ask on the new era site see what they say later.

Exactly
I know my bike reads 96 now so thats within the 98 limit but it's the ''no race cans'' bit that worries me.

Might be more fun doing the 2nd though - choices choices daddy or chips !

Its my local track and is always expensive!!!

The noise limit is very, very strict..... I was on a trackday recently listed 'quiet day' and any bike with a race can was pulled-in. Before that I even got pulled in on my 900ss, hence I used standard cans ever since!!

Also a quick note, your tyres will shred the right side as all the fast bends are right handers.

Enjoy...

Andy

I'm booked in with 100% on Friday the 5th - it's a full noise day for £149 and gives me a bit of time to fix anything that I might break...
