Was unfortunaly knocked off back at the start of April

Apparantly the other driver is disputing liability even though he pulled out across my right of way and with 3 witness statements and the Police report all in my favour. My Solicitor whom im begining to wonder is as good as was made out to me is actually pressing them because its only when i call or email that he seems to pull his finger out.
He now tells me that Peugeot (Obvouisly took advantage of a years free insurance) whom the lad is insured with have a 5 week back log.
So what i have to wait yet longer arrhhhh im P*ssed with waiting already.
Does anyone know a way this can be speeded up???
