Spoke to Mick Brown at Cadwell,there would be no problem setting up the Marquee for the weekend.
Have made contact with the guy that supplied the one we used at TA4 ,it measures 100 ft x40ftand will cost £892.50 +vat (1048.68).
Taking 35 as the number of entrants that works out at £30 per bike.
Ill pass this over to you lads for some feedback.

That's actually not bad is it, considering you pay £20 for a garage at other circuits.

good work on your part, and it would be really good to all be together in there for the bar b q and getting ready for the races all in the same place.

i think its a top idea.

Would be good to do it at every meeting next season - better than having everyone all over the place in little groups etc.

Is that possible at the same price?

just what i was thinking.

already set up at each round ready to go. a few ducati sporting club banners outside etc etc. i guess cost is a big issue though.

and anyway i've shelled out for an awning this year

Asumming 35 entrants there should be 1112 sq ft each or a spce approx 3 metres x 3 metres.

Not such a silly question! All riders, yes. All bikes, yes. All tents.... probably not, but then not everyone camps. If I remember rightly from TA4 there were about 10 tents in there, plus tables & chairs for 50 people, and all the bikes (about 30).

I'm in for £30, thereby guaranteeing perfect weather for the whole weekend!

Probably best to post a poll to see who will have tents for DD.
