My Dad's house on the kashmiri border is devasted....
No-one's been hurt...I'm sending my own money to help him begin rebuilding.

Luckily enuff, having such a wonderful british born daughter ( I am told the son he always wanted!) he decided to take retirement 6 years ago and reside permanently in this country. He was meant to be there for Ramadan and eid (Muslim xmas) but couldn't be bothered to pack his case (Typical bloke, and thank God for that!)
However not so good for my family, who lived in the house. As long as the first storey is rebuilt and they all have somewhere to base then that's the first priority.
they are all ok...that'sall hat matters
