Monster Club TD

Just had a mail from the Monster Club, looks like they are having problems filling the spaces and may have to cancel the day. If you own a monstor and fancy a TD then you could do worse than giving it a go.

Yep, Thursday June 8, Mallory Park

The track section of the day will once again be run by No Limits with yours truly in attendance.

Ducati UK bring their full monty support vehicle and set up a lovely buffet for us and provide their full range of Monsters for people to take out on track for a session, (I will not be doing taking up their very kind offer)

Bike and suspension set-up advice is also available, as are special deals from Ducati Insurance.

'tis a grand day out, one of our favourite days of the year.

Spoke to Tim Macabee about this last year.

D UK do go to one event for each club (DSC, UKMOC & DOC)
They also do the 'dinners' at the WSB race meetings for 10 lucky members to go to - and also GP enclosure too I think - again for all 3 clubs.

Last year they went to the Brands meeting, and the year before to Popham for the DSC.

Dibble - The DD'ers didnt/havent got any benefit otherwise - apart from standing in the marquee at the end of the day for the trophy presentation at Brands last year tho mate, unless AK & I/Andy etc misssed out on something ?????

They (D.UK) have done the last 2 years at Mallory for UKMOC - there is no other monster club event for them to alternate at, that would get as much support.

Dont know which event they do for the DOC - but prob presume their main trackday at mallory.

C

ps: AK not doing this years UKOMC trackday, as only 2 days before Castle Coombe - and its a financial stretch for us to pour gallons of fuel into the van, as well as taking so much time off work.
