Never had one before. I cant (immediately) see a reply button.

There is a submit change button. Is this it.

I can see that the highlighted default option is "reply" but can't see where to type the reply.

thats it .. you have it in one ....

Hit "submit change" and it will take you to a free text window where you can type your reply then click on send u2u.

And Robert's your mothers brother.
