Just noticed I haven't sent my entry form for Cadwell... And the deadline was yesterday. I shall call New Era tomorrow... Do you think they'll leave me race?



And still no news from my ACU license....

They might not do anything for you until the ACU confirm you are licensed. I'd ring the ACU first thing in the morning and find out whats going on with that, then ring New Era and let them know exactly the situation and they might help you out.

However, last year when I tried to cancel my entry to Cadwell after breaking my ankle at Brands, they made me confirm to them in writing that I wanted to cancel my entry as I'd broken my ankle at their race only a few days earlier! They didn't even know. They wouldn't refund my entry fee otherwise.

I've entered Cadwell, and I haven't even sent my licence off yet (it came back the first time coz I need my 3-yearly eye test).

As long as you are a member of New Era (which you must be to have the entry form), they will accept your entry. You may have to pay a £15 late fee though.
