| Assen Photographer This is something from t'other forum... There seems to be some genuine interest in the DD riders taking our own photographer to Assen with us to capture the event. Obviously we can't just expect someone to drop everything and pay for themselves to get to Assen, so I thought the riders can chip in to cover any travel expense, cost of film and a couple beers etc. I would think that ample car boot space could be found for the trip from Dover to Assen and back (we'll just rig up an IV drip with Stella). So the cost issue may not be such an issue afterall. I have a heeeeuge (12 man) tent with spare rooms, so photo man is welcome to crash in there. I've had a positive response from Guido, and PJ is checking out the situation with our Dutch brothers (We need to get good access so we can get quality pics) That's the score at the present time. We're waiting on confirmation from Holland to see if it's a goer, and then we can find out the next piece of the jigsaw. Good idea though eh?!?!?!  I know I defo want some great pics of me racing at Assen - woo hoo!!!  |
