| 996 Charging problem ???????????
New battery (Varta) fitted 6 months ago,on Optimate most of the time. Took the bike for a spin today and then refueled about 3/4 from home after 50 miles . Went to start her up after filling up and nothing but a clicking at the starter relay. Checked all the connections from battery to starter motor nothing that looked bad. Ended up pushing the bike home. After 15mins on the charger she fires up.
Any one no the way to go referance , checking the charging system and things to test for. Even with a new battery the 996 is a big lump to turn over and allways sounds like Will she wont she fire. 4D |
