Now try the same thing but this time with your little finger extended (so it is level with the back of your hand).

My sister said it is to do with your triceps but I think it is voodoo....

2) Hold your fist in front of your body with your elbow bent to around 90 degrees
3) Now get someone else to try to push your fist towards your shoulder.

Now try the same thing but this time with your little finger extended like Doctor Evil.
