AOL 8 to AOL 9 upgrade
One of our members recently upgraded from AOL8 to AOL9 - following this upgrade they could not get into the website anymore. It turned out that 'cookies' (yes that old favourite again!) had been disabled in the upgrade process.
If you have updated to AOL9 and are having problems, please ensure you check your privacy settings and enable 'first-party cookies' and tick the 'Always allow session cookies' boxes.
