I'm guessing your next service will be the 12k, this is quite a major service I believe.
It can be anything from £400-£500 upto £1000+. My 996 12k service was £780 but I think I had my trousers...

I've just added just over 2 litres of coolant to my bike, I ran it so that the coolant could circulate and watched the temp rise.

First off, how do I know it is all correct and everything is pumping...

When re-assembling the caliper what do I use to moisten the seals where the pistons slide?

I have been told to use a spear of brake fluid on the rubber seal, is this correct?
