Removing mirrors

Just about to send my 916 Bodywork off to HR racetech for a re spray.....

Only trouble.. how do the rear view mirror come off the nose cone.

They appear to have two pins that push through onto some sort of bracket....help......

Yep...and between those two pins is a screw...small allen key needed...size of which escapes me now, but undoo the screw then pull/twist the mirror off (pins pull out with the mirror).

2 second job.

Not really...straight forward.

Remove the two screws from underneath the nose cone, and off it comes.

Remove the 2 dezus from underneath the fairings, and then the 4 from each side and then just take it away.

As for the seat, lift it up, unclip the wiring loom at the join, remove the rubber 'pitail' from the 'top-hat' stoppers and then remove them.

Seat comes off.
