hmmm, sadly it looked abit more obvious than that. I can't judge as I dont know the speeds of the vehicles involved (its a 30 but people race up and down the road) but it was fairly clear from the impact/positions etc that the car had turned right into a side road across the path of the bike

As I said its not right to blame the car as the bike may well have been speeding or at fault as well, but its still pretty sad
