Ride as if everyones trying to kill you. Despite how much we would like to kid ourselves motorcyclcing is dangerous.
It doesn't matter if its on road or track its still dangerous, Isnt that part of the attraction though?
Safety kit for car users has improved a huge amount compared to bikes.
Biking in the UK has allowed itself to be marginalised to the point where some paid up members of the nanny state would have it banned, given the chance. We are speeding, noisy maniacs who need protection from ourselves.
DIYers are just trying to improve their home etc, no demonic connections and trying to make some is difficult though not impossible.
