| Hi Iconic, I had offers for the bike when last advertised for sale 2 years ago, but I just couldn't bring myself to part with such an amazing bike. I was afraid i'd live to regret it, so I removed it from sale and kept it. Sadly, though much cherished and still serviced every year, i've put no more than a couple of hundred miles on her. If I had the room I'd have it in the living room as a feature! I think the time has come for me to let her go though, as I need the cash for other purchases, and she needs to be used and enjoyed by someone who would look after and appreciate the bike. I'm afraid I don't know a Monty - the bike was sold to me by JHP on behalf of a regular customer who had thrown a huge amount of money at the bike. I have to say again that although I haven't done a lot of miles, this bike is faultless and has been the most reliable I've owned. |
