| With the 620 you would also have to consider any differences in Valve size and lift along with any differences in combustion chamber shape if you were trying to fit parts from a bigbore kit designed for the earlier 583cc model.
Frank the bores on a 600SS are plated and having them replated isn't that cheap.
But as I have just sourced another 583 engine for £250 I should hopefully be sorted now, as well as having a few spares in the way of casings, rockers, valves etc. |
