1.7.8 The Following Items MAY BE Removed

Chain guard as long as it is not incorporated in the rear fender.

I've been wondering about this rule,
now is the rear fender the hugger, if that is the case then the 600SS does not incorporate a chain gaurd with it where as the Monster 600 does
