AK,

What a T.o.s.s.e.r. It's also 180 degrees opposed to the recently published transport policy on Bikes.

Grrrrrr.

"They are considering hitting riders who enter the zone with the £5-a-day fee, which would net £750,000 a week for Transport for London. "

I think that may well be the reason!

Now its a safety charge??, great idea to encouage peeps back to cars, rather defeats the object.

How many accidents were car to scooter impacts?, ban cars completely and what the accident stats go down if you follow that bit of logic???

Buy yerself the right LPG or dualfuel powered car and its back to free again.

Ray.

The main prob is that the charge AKA TAX is not bringing in enough cash for Ken.

leaving the UK is looking better by the day, but where to?
