Rally - get mending - and building - ready for Castle Coombe

oh, by the way - if your missing a pair of brake calipers - they must have fallen off on the way home

The little Monster really surprised me on track - it was a fooking hoot. Like Rattler I found the stock springers fine - certainly not worth me changing at this stage - I do need to raise the ride height tho' (or reduce the pie intake) coz theres a large non-ACU hole in the rear of my belly pan.

We were all running different gearing and I think that made the single biggest difference to all the bikes (rider excluded). In a race situation I can't see the 620ie's having any big advantage over the big bore 600's.

Anyway a couple of pictures to amuse you all

I like the second one where you're going around the outside of the 996

That was Antonye on his 748 ... nice yellow jacket

He was out there mugging us all day! Fortunately I didn't see him that much, once a session or something like that.

UncleD - what is that seat cowl? Is that the same as the S4 challenge one?

I wore my yellow jacket with pride!

I was surprised at just how quick some of the DD bikes were - and they certainly weren't the slowest in the intermediate group and even Dickie was keeping pace with the fast boys until he moved to the inters.

I honestly think it's going to be a very good season of racing, and I can't wait to get the SS finished and put some miles on it.
