Everything done today and carb,s balanced (they where way out of synch) Its transformed the bike totally , its now a joy to ride I used Morgan carbtune gauges , the ones with a steel rod in the tubes not Mercury (seems mercury manometers are a no no these days) and though i was sceptical at first they worked fine .

Frank your right it is easy enough to do just damned fiddly trying to get to the synchronising screw
