Discovered my SS rear shock was leaking 3 days before a Brands track day. Didn't have time to get it rebuilt and didn't have the cash for a fancy one so phoned Hagon.

Bloke on the phone was very helpful although apparently they only make one shock for both the SS and the SSie. I explained that they're actually different lengths so he trundled off to get the measurement for their one. Turns out to be slightly longer then the SSie one (by 5 mm) which means it's perfect for the early SS.

Kev I'm pretty sure the SSie is actually 12mm longer than the SS. The SSie one I bought previously certainly was.

Shock turned up next day and was great on the track. Didn't need to get it built to spec, which the guy said they could do if needed so I'd definitely recommend it.

Darren.
