You just have to make sure you stick it to your skin under your eyes then it don't steam up.
I never had a prob on the Arai but I do with the Shoei and I can't quite get the mask to fit right which is why it probably doesn't do the job.
The only thing I found was it were a tad painful pulling it off after the 30 min race
