| I have this, as well as lots of lower back problems, when I had my last MRI my chiropractor stopped treating me. My surgeon has told me mobility might improve but no guarantee for pain. He also told me it may improve over time itself and that I wasn’t doing any harm as long as I Lay-up when the pain really kicks in. I have found that anti-inflammatory as soon as I get the first bad pain seems to shorten the length of time out of action. The neck one is a bugger, I get it looking up. I did an acoustic screen in a church last year. I was standing with the vicar and pointed up to the Gothic arch five meters above us. Next thing I’m on the floor telling him not to worry I will be ok in a minute or two. It can be a real asset to the sympathy close.
