Mood: Soon my pet, soon
I use wrongly or rightly some very high grade wet and dry, 300-400 upwards and rub away, comes up a treat but does need doing frequently

Mood: My Jota goes rumpety rump! & I have my wife exactly where she wants me!
You can take them of and use water and a brillo pad or buy some wire wool that comes on a long roll. This stuff is about 2" wide, or 50mm to you young chaps!, and is ideal to clean up pipes and fittings.
