You're looking around the £800 a month mark for a 1 bedroom flat and you'll be lucky to get a garage. Although I know of two that are nice, available now and have garages.



That would get you a lovely 4 bed detached up here on the Wirral with garage, or up the road in Wales, a farmhouse, barns & land!!!
