Mood: Almost over it.
Trackdays in Australia are an odd beast if I remember correctly.

They aren't nearly as accessible as they are in the UK. I think they are also much more expensive. Another reason why not so many people do them is that it is difficult to just use a regular road bike. Bikes on track days need to be lockwired and have an oil catch tray I believe.

Of course none of this may be a problem if you're over there on the mighty Pound and hiring a bike for a day's pleasure.
