Arai every time, I crash more than most and although it gets expensive destroying Arai's they are always worth it. Arai put a lot into the design and production of RACE helmets, they dont pretent to be anything but race helmets, which is why they are noisy, always where earplugs! but, fit is everything and they cant fit everyone! looking forward to trying my new one out this season.
