On catching real criminals - glad to see the local boobies doing their bit over last few weeks in Cheshire - specifically Warrington.
The ANPR (number plate recognition) van gets a result and three vehicles removed from road for having no insurance - one of them a 16year old on a scooter. All vehicles confiscated until driver provides licence and insurance proof.
I say confiscate and crush immediately.
