I'd quite like an open clutch cover, but IMHO they only look any good with a billet pressure plate, stainless steel springs and anodised spring caps to show off underneath it, so you're getting into quite a bit of wedge.

Whenever I've had that sort of money, there's always been something that I've needed a bit more, like new tyres or something.

My ST has it's standard clutch cover, but I'm thinking about doing the same trick on it as my 888, which came with a closed carbon fibre clutch cover that has a couple of washers between each mounting point and the clutch housing, thus creating a gap to let the dust out
