Another Protwins fan - recently done my superlight (which did need alot of work due to standing for years) and looked after my 996S for last 3 years but they are very attentive and Pete & Malcolm are very good guys. Send me a U2U if you want to know how much things cost.

FE, as they say, a Nelly collection is when he comes and gets it ... I usually do a deal with Nelly that means he either collects or delivers, but it all depends on what else he has on, but obviously, if he were doing two bikes at once its more worth his while ......

Also I have only ever heard good things about Pro V but I have my own reasons not to use them, and they aren't connected to the workshop ...

I went to have a browse around Tecmoto once. The guy there was allmost pleading for my service work. He told me he could save me loads on my bill because they were cheaper than my local prefered agent. He did not get far after i told him what i am charged allready. Don't have any recent experiance didn't they have a fire , change hands etc. I did not use them as i had a dislike for there puhy attidude.
Just my views .

So that every one knows whats been happening at Tec Moto in the last year or so: There was a fire in the store room/workshop in 2004, and the business was sold by the previous owners to Chris Carr in November 2004. I looked after his workshop in 2005, and took over the business in November last year.

Doogalman, not sure who you spoke to and when you spoke to them. All I can say to your post is come and talk to the "new TecMoto", hopefully you'll find I am not as "pushy" as the previous guy. As one of the post says I'm now concentrating on servicing, tuning, set-up etc rather than just bling......

Final edition, if you want to give me a ring i'd be happy to give you a qoute for your service.

Thanks
Mitch C, Tec Moto.

Another vote for Mitch - he's looked after my 600SS and will shortly be doing the 748 for me as well.

I've always taken the bikes to TecMoto and Mitch keeps up the good work.

Just don't get him started on his days on the Yamaha Superbikes .... zzzzzzzzz ....
