I think most duke owners would suggest a machine with a full service history, new belts and in the best condition your money can buy.
Just take your time plenty around.
DSC members bikes would be a good move as you can be sure they have been well maintained.
916 sps or 996 would be your best bet If you are limited to 5k, 748r for something more radical, you may need more dosh.
