Tim, i made the seat unit for my bike from scratch and modded the bottom fairing to include the bellypan.

I made the original seat in steel and painted it.A master mould was taken of and then a unit moulded out of the master. A customer of my company who used to be a fibreglass man advised and helped with the moulding.He made it look easy.I made a right mess and made hard work of it.Pretty chuffed with how it turned out though although the master did move on curing and pinched a bit of width from the original

Not as easy as it might seem and i work with car bodys and paint for a living.
