It will obviously never happen in the UK but part of my (twisted) thinking was actually around REDUCING accidents....

Instead of Jonny Gixer 1000 doing a totally unsafe 120 down a country lane - he might just go and push it flat out down our (potentially 'safer' ???) Autobahn - scare himself silly and ride a bit more safely elsewhere?

High speed commuting as well though? How about making it bikes ONLY

How many times have people tried to get bus lanes open to motor bikes !
