Mirror glass. - How do i remove and fit ?

Got a new mirror for the Wifes 748S. Hers was broken on Ferry over to France...

So how do i take the glass out of her broken one ? and how do i fit the glass into the new one ?

i'm assuming the mirror i ordered from Ducati will come without glass ?

thanks in advance guys.

I think underneath the housing is a small allen or torx bolt. Undo that and the mirror glass and ball joint should come out.
