| I've been using BRAKING wavey discs for a couple of years now without any problems, also used by my mate Simon Knowlson on his 748RS race bike with good results (Bar pad wear)
On the other hand Dallas had a brand new set of EBC waveys on his ZX10R race bike last year and they never did feel right, basically they showed the same symptons as you discribe
