An unforgettable year Phil. Respect.
I just wish I'd had a chance to see you on the track more often.
Just when I start to ride the 620 fast enough to keep up with you on the 583, you get an even faster bike

Nice on buddy, really enjoyed chasing you all year....

Absolute consitently quick, from the go, every track every race, you have ridden a faultless 2006 race season, no off's or moments, and it's not been 'easy' for you. From this inconsistently, erratic, competitor, following you has been a good lesson.

Pleasure to watch and learn.

Let's get it on next year then....

Congrats Phil, excellent riding all year.

It's just a shame that now I've finally managed to get you behind me in the races, you're about to come and get in the way again!

Well done Phil. Timing of DD events (coinciding with RTL, loads of work and holidays etc) has meant that I haven't been able to attend a single round this year.

But I have followed it with interest and I've been quietly pleased that an all round good guy who I ride with on the road (and at Cadwell) has been so successful and won the championship in fine style.

Many congratulations Fil, your an inspiration to us all !!

I have you to thank for me getting involved with DD right from the off with the offering of a ride on your spare bike. You've helped me every part of the way, be-it entering races to comparing track technicalities.

Your gonna be awesome on that 620! and that yellow No2 is still gonna be at the sharp-end by what I've seen.

Well done

Andy

Top banana
You've done it your own way and you've taken the championship - excellent work Phil.

I remember at the start of the season at Brands in the wet watching you change down at the bottom of Paddock Hill for the climb up to Druids - you were the only rider to do that. I thought then that you were bringing a different way of riding to the series, thinking hard and trying new ideas.

Good Luck in all you decide to do

H

yeah well done phil, cant add anymore about your riding skills etc etc than has already been said. looking forward to being on 'level' terms with you next year. give me something to aim for!

although your riding was great, the highlight of my racing year will still be the 'strudel' incident from assen. priceless.

Well done Phil, can't say anything more than has already been said, except good luck for next year, good luck to Kelly etc.

Hope to get to some of the races next year to support you both
