I re-state that this is a bit of what comes 1st chicken or the egg?
The deposit cheques dont get cashed now, we hold them on file, as in previous years.
In part we need people to commit to racing now, so that we can negotiate with New Era and secure the best option for the riders.
The alternative is to go along to New Era in say March, when you have made your minds up and see what left overs we can get and then race with that.
I think I know which version of this the riders actually want.
